For the Turducken Breast, we follow the same procedure as the Turducken, except we use only the boneless breast of each bird. Our Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun-style pork sausage.
Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Remove from bag. Add Pint of water and bake on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 2 hours, then 15 minutes uncovered until brown. Internal temperature 165°.
