Georgia farm raised quail is marinated in bourbon and then topped with mushroom duxelle, smoky bacon, and parmesan cheese, then wrapped up in our buttery puff pastry.

    • Size: 1oz - Shelf Life: 6 months. Cook from frozen. Sealed and quick frozen.

      Cooking Directions
      • Allergens: Wheat, Egg, Milk
      • Cooking Directions: Do not thaw - cook from frozen. Use parchment lined metal backing tray. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Leave 1" space between each piece. Wait for a deep golden brown color - about 12-15 minutes. Oven temps and cooking times vary.
      • Ingredients: Puff pastry (Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), unbleached wheat flour, unsalted butter, water sugar, salt}, Quail breast, Mushroom duxelle {mushrooms, shallots, heavy cream (carrageenan, mono and diglycerides), white wine, Parmesan cheese (part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), salt, pepper}, bacon (water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate), liquid egg (whole egg, citric acid).
