We use a 4oz. aged beef tenderloin accented with a chef made mushroom Duxcelle, including fresh mushrooms, shallots, white wine and cream, hand wrapped in a golden puff pastry. Absolutely Delicious!

  • 2 wellingtons per sealed pack and quick frozen. Frozen shelf life: 2-3 months

Cooking Directions

  • From thawed, place on baking sheet, bake at 400 for approximately 30 minutes for medium, 25 minutes for medium rare.
  • From frozen, place on baking sheet, bake at 400 for 43 minutes for medium, 38 minutes for medium rare.
  • Internal temperature 125- 130. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • All ovens are different, so it is best to use a meat thermometer.
