Our sea bass cost has recently increased due to changes in the market and limited availability. We will adjust the price based on current market.

Sweet wild caught Chilean sea bass filets. Skinless and boneless. Truly a melt in your mouth entrée. Extremely easy to prepare. A chef's delight!

• (10-12) - 6-8oz. boneless and skinless filets. Individually cryovac sealed and quick frozen at sea.
• All prices are subject to change depending on market and availability. Product weights vary and are estimated for shipping purposes.

• Thaw filet, take a hot pan with approximately 1tbspn of butter and a little oil so butter does not burn, and pan saute for 4 minutes on one side. Turn over and apply thin coat of coarse grain mustard, sprinkle with Ms. Dash or your favorite seasoning, and a thin coat of Italian bread crumbs. Turn to low and cover for approximately 8 minutes. Fish should flake when done.
