We tried this product and loved it. I cooked it in a very light fettuccine sauce and served it over pasta. It was very tender and delicious. In my opinion it was even better the next day when the dish was warmed up. It made a very simple dish a gourmet meal.
I will use this again and I would have not problem serving it plain with melted butter.
