Yellowfin Saku AAA Grade Tuna

!st time order from TK Gourmet. I was really impressed with quality of the tuna. Product arrived well packed and rock hard frozen. Quality cuts. These were the best saku blocks I have worked with in years, next to fresh from the markets in Hawaii . Used it in sushi, sashimi, poke, and searing. Will definitely order again.

Sushi Grade Tuna...WOW

We are big sushi lovers and are extremely picky with the taste and color of our tuna. We have been blown away by First Coast Gourmet's sushi grade tuna. It is so naturally perfect that I often just take it out of the freezer, defrost it and just slice and eat with some ginger and wasabi on the spot. Another great way to prepare is with cole slaw cabbage, plus wasabi and ginger, salt and pepper and serve it as a wonderful salad. Guests were completely impressed!!!
