Based on the original Ebingers' recipe, this is our interpretation of that cake made famous so many years ago. Our own silky, smooth, chocolate pudding separates layers of rich, moist, coffee flavored devil’s food cake. Built five layers tall, the cake is finished with a coating of our chocolate ganache and cake crumbs. This is a 10 inch cake and can be sliced in 12, 14, or 16 slices.
