American Kobe Whole Flank Steak. A very affordable all natural cut. Tremendous marbling with superior tenderness and flavor. The absolute highest grade beef available on the market today. Hand cut and trimmed to perfection, no waste. The flank steak generally needs to be marinated before cooking, however this process is not necessary when using Kobe (Wagyu) beef. Rub with your favorite spices and cook on a hot grill for about 8 minutes. Let stand, and slice thin across grain. Your friends and family will truly be amazed!

- Add fresh cracked black pepper, Lowrys seasoning, Worcestershire, and olive oil. Rub into meat by hand on both sides and let rest for 5 minutes. Meat should be room temperature before cooking. Place on hot grill for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook until internal temperature reaches 125-130 degrees for rare to medium rare. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut thin slices across grain and serve. Of course you can use your own blend of spices, but this is one of our favorite ways to prepare this steak.
