All of our Hors D'oeuvres are hand made by our favorite local Atlanta chef. So easy, just bake from frozen.
Cooking Directions:
All Puff Pastry Items- Do not thaw - cook from frozen. Use parchment lined metal backing tray. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Leave 1" space between each piece. Wait for a deep golden brown color - about 12-15 minutes. Oven temps and cooking times vary
Mini Sliders and Cheese Steaks- Slack out for 10 minutes. Cook on parchment line metal baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 275 degrees. More time may be needed if cooking an oven full. These are pre-cooked, when hot in center and cheese is melted, they are ready. Oven temps and cooking times vary
Crab and Shrimp Cakes- Do not thaw - cook from frozen. Cook on parchment line metal baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Oven temps and cooking times vary
Mini Meatloafs and Tarts- Do not thaw - cook from frozen. Cook on parchment line metal baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Oven temps and cooking times vary
