Individual size: 3.5oz. Bagged and
quick frozen. Shelf Life: 6 months. Cook from frozen or thaw overnight in refrigerator.
From frozen: place frozen cakes on a greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 350° for 18 minutes, remove from oven and place thin tab of butter on each cake, broil for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to monitor cakes when broiling so they don't overcook.
From thawed: Take desired amount of cakes out of the freezer and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. In a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, cook on medium high until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Then place on greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 350° for 6 minutes and serve.
