Thai Sauces: Heat pan to medium/high heat, add chopped pieces of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Shrimp or Tofu to the pan (6-8 oz) for 3-5 minutes. Add your desired vegetables and stir fry in pan for approximately 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of CurrySimple Thai curry sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with white, brown, or jasmine rice. Refrigerate the remainder of the Thai curry sauce in a Tupperware type container for up to 3 days or freeze for as long as 1 year. Coconut Soup: Makes about 24 ounces of soup for 3-4 servings. No Preservatives and Gluten-Free. Concentrated - Just add equal parts of water.
