Our crab cakes, made from 80% true blue crab meat, are hand mixed and hand formed to insure the lumps of crab meat stay intact to showcase the chef made appearance. They are without a doubt the highest quality crab cakes on the market today. Delicious!
COOKING DIRECTIONS: From thawed: (chef recommended), take desired amount of cakes out of the freezer and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. In a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, cook on medium high until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Then place on greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 350° for 6 minutes and serve.
From frozen: place frozen cakes on a greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 350° for 12 minutes, remove from oven and place thin tab of butter on each cake or brush with butter, broil for approximately 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to monitor cakes when broiling so they don't overcook.
