Our cake is loaded with freshly grated carrots, crushed pineapple, walnuts, and raisins that have been soaked in our special sauce to make them nice and soft. We add our own blend of spices for an incredibly tasting moist cake. To finish it, our creamy, smooth, not too sweet, orange cream cheese icing makes for that perfect taste combination for your taste buds.
