• Large baby back rib racks. Qty: 5 - Size: Approx 2-3lbs. Individually cryovac sealed and quick frozen.

• Pre-cooked.

• Oven - from frozen bake in oven. Place frozen ribs in tin foil loose at top (tin foil teepee) and bake at 400° for approx 50-60 minutes or until desired serving temperature. Remove ribs and place remaining sauce in bowl, then place back in foil and broil for approximately 1-2 minutes for that charbroiled taste.

• Grill - from frozen place on tin foil and grill for 10-15 minutes per side, remove form foil and place directly on grill for 2 minutes per side for that charbroiled taste. Place remaining sauce from foil in bowl and serve with ribs.
